The venue operates on a philosophy of privacy, flexibility, and invisible service — check-in is fully contactless via a smartphone app, and a nearby team is available to assist when needed. The spaces are designed for corporate meetings, private events, and creative gatherings. Oasis 11 is a spacious event floor featuring three distinct breakout areas, suited for corporate events, presentations, and business functions. It accommodates up to 40 guests in boardroom, cabaret, or U-shaped configurations, up to 55 in classroom style, up to 75 in a theatre layout, and up to 140 for standing receptions. Oasis 12 is described as a 60-seater floor with breakout areas, well-suited for conferences, corporate presentations, cocktail receptions, and multi-format events. It seats up to 75 in a theatre configuration and accommodates up to 125 for standing receptions. Oasis 15 occupies the penthouse floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows, tufted seating, a modern chandelier, a private terrace, and rooftop access. It accommodates up to 30 guests in boardroom, cabaret, U-shaped, or classroom configurations, up to 50 in a theatre layout, and up to 75 for standing receptions. The venue also includes the 16AB Fashion Rental Space, a loft studio on the 16th floor with polished concrete floors, lounge seating, and large south and west-facing windows. It suits corporate meetings, workshops, fashion shoots, video productions, and networking events, with capacity for up to 50 seated and up to 80 for standing receptions. External catering is welcome across all spaces, and in-house catering is available on request through the venue's partner, Hungry. The venue is pet-friendly.
